Possible new rp-er on the site?

I guess this is me asking permission for him? o.o;

He hasn't given me a definite answer if he wants to join or not, but we were talking about characters and stories, and we found that the need for a character of his is viable and needed.

If he decides to, can Chris come on the rp site, Beya? o.o if not it's fine, just wanted to ask.

Well people have joined and haven't seemed to. Beya has been on and off and made no comment. Though if you wait for her to give the OK you may have to wait a while. She is rarely on.
