Evania frowned. Apparently he wasn't going to tell her more than that. "Tell you what, I'll just show you the treehouse," she said, taking his arm and pulling him along.

Negau hissed and recoiled when she grabbed his injured arm, holding the limb close to his body again as his green blood smeared across her skin.

"It's a...nevermind, stay still a moment," said Evania. She took her coat and made a sling out of it for Negau's arm. "That's better. Mom's a nurse, so...anyway, an alien is something not of this world. Usually from outer space."
