Thunderstorm

"Oh yeah," Mikaela replied.

"You're getting old Mikaela," teased the Prince.

"Am not."

Ross chuckled softly. "How old are you guys anyway?"

"I'm ten!" chirped the Prince.

"I'm twenty," replied Mikaela.

Ross nodded and shrugged. "Well to say it easily enough you would have to check in with the guard miss. You're past the age for registering."

"What?" exclaimed Mikaela.

Ross chuckled. "When someone reaches the age of maturity for their kind they have to register with the royal guard. Just give finger prints and a sample of dna or scent. It's a way to keep crime low."

"Oh," Mikaela replied. That didn't sound so bad. She was already a fighter. "That might work better anyway."

Ross nodded. "It's only if you want to be a resident or plan to say for more then three weeks."

"Sounds like a plan then," said Mikaela with a smile.

Ross nodded. "Well if you want to go through the process I could try and talk to the dean to help. He's the lord of the district we're in now."

"Yeah, that would be good," Mikaela replied. "Let's eat first though."

Ross nodded. "Alright. I know the SU has a good burger place. The Pizza isn't bad either. Though If you don't eat meat I have no idea what to tell you."

"Why wouldn't I eat meat?" asked Mikaela. "Anyway, pizza sounds good."

Ross chuckled. "There are some weird people who dn't eat animal products."

"Aren't those the ones that guy likes to feed to his carnivorous plant?" asked Mikaela.

Ross nodded. "Yup."

"Well anyway, I don't have trouble eating plants or animals," said Mikaela. "Though I do have issues with bugs."

Ross made a face. "Eww....I don't understand eating bugs. Nasty."

"I don't either," said Mikaela. "I'm glad we agree."

Ross chuckled. "So what shoudl we get on the pizza? They have all sorts of different things."

"As long as there's no bugs, I don't really care," said Mikaela.

"I want pepperoni and ham!" piped up the Prince.

Ross nodded and chuckled. "Alright then. Sounds good to me."

"Alright!" cheered the Prince.

Once they had made it to the food court with the pizza infront of them. Ross started with his first slice, rolling it up and starting to eat it.

Mikaela lifted hers up the normal way and began to eat. The Prince tried to mimic Ross and ended up losing half his toppings.
