"An angle ruling the religious district," Mikaela replied. "Angels are usually associated with religion and holiness and stuff."

Ross nodded. "That is a bit expected, but he's planning to retire eventually, he's training a human to take his place."

"I see," Mikaela answered. "The angels, are they their own thing or a different kind of demon?"

Ross shrugged. "I'm not sure. There were less angels on the island after the war. We know little about them. We know mostly what Florence tells us and what we learn from the few others that are around."

Mikaela shrugged. "I've just heard conflicting ideas about them."

Ross nodded. "There are a breed of imps that look a lot like angels. You have to be careful."

"Ah," Mikaela answered. "I think I know what you're talking about. I've ran into a few."

Ross nodded. "Celio told me about them. Some of them think they're angels and cause trouble. There are some that look like demons too. Like my roommate Darrius."

"Those are the most trouble, the people or demons who think they're one thing but are really something else," Mikaela remarked.

Ross nodded and sighed. "Sometimes it's hard to tell. You just gota be careful."

"Agreed," Mikaela replied. "So where to next?"

Ross shrugged. "We could always go to the magical animals stables or to the offices."

"Whatever's closer," said Mikaela.

Ross nodded. "Then we're heading to the stables."

"Alright!" cheered the Prince. Somehow the little kid had managed to stuff down five pieces of pizza.

Ross nodded and stood. Stretching and removing any kinks in his spine. "Good."

Mikaela also got up. "Ready whenever you are."

Ross nodded and started walking. "Then let's go. I want to make sure to get there before the Grecko falls asleep."

"The Grecko?" asked Mikaela.

Ross nodded. "It's the mascot....a giant rideable gecko."

"Cool!" chirped the Prince. "They're like little lizards, right? Only this one's big!"

Ross gave an excited nod. "Yeah! Huge ass lizard and it's purple and green and meaner then hell!"

"It won't eat him, will it?" asked Mikaela, pointing to the excited Prince. "He might do something stupid."

"Hey!" protested the Prince.

Ross shrugged. "It has no teeth. So it's fairly safe. You just have to make sure not to sound like a giant cricker or wiggle like a meely worm."

"Okay," Mikaela replied. "What else is there?"
