Some Things Just Can't Be Understood

"What's a cyborg?" Pheobie asked

"Someone who's part human and part robotic," Maple explained as he walked to the ship. "Don't remember his story exactly. But that's why he can wield electricity. Part of the robotic part of him."

"Oh" Pheobie mumbled softly. "Are you almost done?" she asked

"Yeah, this should be the last of it," replied Maple, going onto the ship and setting it on board. "We'll worry about unpacking it all later. Now we need to find the animals."

Pheobie had been following. "That's easy." She stated. "Goldie's in my room and Mr Kitty is laying on the couch in the lounge"

"And all Pokemon are in their Pokeballs?" asked Maple. His own two creatures were secured stored in their spheres.

Pheobie nodded. "In my backpack" She stated

"Got everything?" asked Maple.

Pheobie nodded. "Yep" she smiled

"Alright, we just need to get Goldie and then we'll be ready," said Maple.

"Goldie's in my room" Pheobie repeated "on the ship"

"Oh!" said Maple, smacking his forehead. "Well then, time to go!"

"Okay" Pheobie smiled. "I'll be in my room then" She chirped. She walked off to join Goldie on her bed.

Maple went in to select the destination as the doors of the ship closed. He chose a world he knew to be peaceful.

Pheobie laid across her bed with Goldie and cuddled with the griffin pup. He seemed to be bigger since the start of their stay at the base.

After Maple was done setting the place to go he turned on the ship. In a moment they were in the silvery void. After checking to make sure all systems were normal he went back to see Pheobie.

Pheobie was still cuddling Goldie, who seemed to enjoy the attention but was calmer than usual. She shrugged it off as him being tired.

Maple came in. "We're off to a nice vacation world. Someplace where we don't have to worry about hunting food or being hunted."

"Mmkay" Pheobie smiled

Maple looked over to the griffin pup with some vague annoyance. "No room for me it seems." He say down in a chair next to the bed instead.

"All you have to do is tell him to move" Pheobie stated. "Down goldie."

Goldie made an annoyed noise but got down to lay on the floor.

"He listens much better now" She smiled

Maple smiled and got into the bed. He gave Goldie a quick pet.

Pheobie cuddled up to Maple. "You're so cuddly"

"Thanks, I think," Maple replied, resting an arm over her before yawning. "Tired."

"Why? You slept longer than I did today" Pheobie stated
