Some Things Just Can't Be Understood

Pheobie was already packed. All of her things had stayed pack during her trip so she didn't have anything to re-pack.

Maple was carrying some of the stuff to his ship when he nearly tripped over Mr. Kitty. "Watch it, hairball."

Mr. Kitty meowed in what seemed to be an amused tone before running off.

Pheobie walked up with her backpack and Goldie. It was faint, but she was already starting to show in her pregnancy.

Maple soon skittered back out of the ship to get more stuff. "Hello dear."

(3-4 months. She's only showing a little)

"Hullo" Pheobie murmured. "So you need any help?"

"You could get some of the lighter things," Maple replied. He frowned at the backpack. "Nothing heavy like that though."

"Its not that heavy" Pheobie protested lightly "Besides, I like to carry my own things. It makes me feel more useful"

"You're not supposed to lift many heavy things," said Maple matter-of-factly. "You're already carrying precious cargo as it is."

Pheobie pouted. "But I like to help, otherwise I feel bad and useless." She mumbled, looking down at her feet.

"I didn't say you couldn't help," said Maple. "Just don't carry anything too heavy."

"Kay" Pheobie mumbled, walking onto the ship to put her stuff away.

Maple walked back to get more of his stuff. A couple more trips and he would finally be fully packed.

Pheobie skipped back out empty handed. She waited for Maple to come back so he could tell her what to do.

Maple came back with a heavy load, in a hurry just to leave. "You can get some stuff out of my room if you're done with your stuff."

"Okay" Pheobie replied, staying where she was to wait for him. she was unwilling to admit she didn't know where his room was.

"It's way down at the end of the third hall," added Maple as he disappeared onto the ship.

Pheobie grimaced and headed the way he had indicated.

Maple finished unloading his stuff and headed back out.

Pheobie was unsure of what to pack so she just started packing the rest of his stuff.

Maple soon arrived to help. "It's amazing how much stuff can be crammed into a small place like this, huh?"

"Yeah" Pheobie smiled. "But then again it is you we're talking about"

Maple laughed. "That's right, you've seen all the crap I have on my little ship."

"I've organized it too." Pheobie stated.

"You're much better at that than I am," admitted Maple as he closed up one bag.

Pheobie closed up another and stood, moving to try and lift hers.
