Sometimes I Feel Like A Motherless Child (A-Team)

"But I always need you, Facey; I need you more 'n anythin' else in the world," he said, giving Face a forlorn look. "An' you leave me all the time." He frowned and turned his face away again, looking back at the wall. "I hate bein' away from you. It's like... like goin' without air."

Face's frown deepened. "I'm sorry Murdock. I need you too. And I'm never gone for long, I always come back to you Murdock. You know that."

"But it still hurts, Faceman. It still hurts."

"I'm sorry Murdock. I only do what Hannibal tells me to. I can't help it if we can't always need air support, but we'll always need you as part of our team"

"Why do I always gotta just be air support, huh? I c'n fire a gun! I'm just as good a soldier as any of you guys! It's not fair that ya always treat me like I'm useless unless we're in the air!"

"I don't want anything to happen to you Murdock. Hannibal doesn't want to bust you out of here more than necessary. He doesn't want Lynch to take you away from us." Face murmured

"But that isn't fair, Facey. I don't like ta be treated different from the rest of the team. I hate it."

"But, Murdock, you don't understand, you are different. You're the only one of us that isn't a fugitive." Face replied, looking at Murdock with sad eyes.

"I dun wanna be differnt, Facey. I just wanna be a part of the team."

"I know Murdock. But that's not up to me" Face sighed.
