Rain Dance

Kimi nuzzled his chest happily. "I'm glad you're feeling better too" She chirped.

"Same," said Voltaire. He hadn't felt that bad in the first place, more strange than sick, but it had faded away as the day went on. Ava began to go over to the medical wing.

Kimi sighed lightly and continued to hang on Voltaire. They had won the tournament and she had helped again. It was wonderful, Voltaire was even feeling better. "Wonder where they next tournament will be at" She wondered aloud softly.

(If Voltaire's going to get those horns, they'll need to be in one place for at least a week)

"Where is the next tournament, Ava?" asked Voltaire.

"A few days away in the mountains," said Ava. "Not too far."

(They'll probably have to miss the next tournament then.)

"Damon lives by some mountains" Kimi remarked absently. "I wonder if we're going by there"

"Does he?" said Voltaire.

"Damon?" asked Adair.

"A friend" Kimi smiled. "Like me"

"Oh," Adair replied.

"We should say hi if we see him then," said Ava.

(Ava and Adair would be so awkward during the actual process though)

Kimi smiled. "He would like that"

(Dawn would keep them busy)

"We should do that then," said Voltaire, nuzzling Kimi's hair.

Kimi was excited as she gazed at the village in the distance. "I was right!" She exclaimed "That is where Damon lives!"

Voltaire, who had been dozing off, sat up with alarm at Kimi's exclamation.

Kimi grinned at him. "We can go see him! But Ava may have to wait until dark to come. Damon lives on the outskirts, but he still has neighbors"

"Fair enough," said Voltaire, stretching. "So do his neighbors not know he's a demon, or do they not care?"

"They don't know" Kimi smiled "But he hides it well with his Glamour"

Ava settled down into a large tree with plenty of leaves. "He is good with fashion?"

"No" Kimi giggled "A Glamour is a type of magical illusion that alters your appearance"

"Not too far off then," Voltaire remarked with a smirk. "I can think of some girls who would kill for that kind of power."

"Me too," Adair sighed. "I bet I know more than you."

"Oh yeah, those royal broads are vain things, aren't they?"

Adair just sighed.

Kimi giggled. "I wonder if Dawn is still at this village as well" She chirped to herself.

"Dawn?" asked Voltaire. "She another one like you?"

Kimi shook her head. "Dawn is an Angel"

"Oh," Voltaire replied. "Wait, I thought your kind and Angels hated each other."

"They're supposed to, But Dawn is an Exile like Damon."

"Fair enough," Voltaire replied. "If the rules screw you, screw the rules."

Kimi giggled again. "I suppose. Can we go now?" She asked
