Maple pulled the covers over him and snuggled beneath him. Goldie soon jumped onto the bed and curled up next to him. Maple would have preferred Pheobie, but the extra warmth was nice.

Maple woke up to find Goldie laying across his back, snoring. Apparently he wasn't getting up yet.

Pheobie turned the stove off to go check up on her boys. She couldn't help but giggle when she saw them from the doorway.
