Some Kind of Love, Some Kind of Feeling

"It is, isn't it, teddy bear?" she asked, giggling. "So, uh, whaddaya wanna do next, Roy?" She turned onto her side to look up at him studiously. "You got anything in mind?"

"Just to keep a beautiful wiccan company and admire the moonlight on her skin" Roy smiled.

It was Shazam's turn to blush, then; she hugged his arm and buried her face in his bicep to hide the flush on her face. It didn't help with her embarrassment that she was trying to think of a tactful way to ask Roy to sleep with her that wouldn't go over his head. She wasn't normally the type of girl to have sex with someone she'd only just met, but damn if she weren't hella attracted to that man. It was all she could do to keep her hands off of him.

"Uh, hey Roy?"

"Yes? Do you need something?" Roy smiled. He was such a nice, helpful person.

She blushed and looked the other way as she spoke, hoping that he, being a stone demon, would catch the hint she was dropping. "Have ya ever been to the Andes Mountains? Mountains are really fascinatin', yanno? They form where two er more tectonic plates collide with each other, an' that causes a lotta earthquakes an' volcanoes."

Roy's eyes widened and all the heat rushed to his face. He gawked like a fish for a few minutes before clearing his throat hastily and turning away. "Yes... Mountains... Plate t-tectonics... I-I. I think I know what you're getting at." Roy mumbled "And... If... If you want to, I-I don't mind" He clasped his hands in his lap.

"R-really?" She asked, looking up at him with wide eyes, her heart racing. "W-well, then... My place or yours, sugah?"

"... You, um, you live in the second floor in an apartment building." Roy stated, wondering if she could find the answer to her question without him having to say it. He really didn't want to say it either.

"...yer afraid we'd break the floor. Right, so yer place it is," she said, trying her best not to start giggling. She thought it was goddamn adorable how easy it was to embarrass Roy when he was so big and intimidating and sexy.

Roy nodded. "I know I'd break it" He mumbled. "Do, do you want to go now?" he asked, rubbing the back of his neck.

She twined her fingers with his much bigger ones and gave his hand a squeeze. She held onto him like that for a long moment, her eyes roaming over his muscular body unabashedly, before finally standing and brushing off her knees and butt.

"Y-yeah, let's go now."

Roy stood as well. He nodded and started to slowly lead her back to his car. 'Why rush' He thought 'we have all night'. He opened the door for her and once again lifted her gently into the cab. When he climbed into the other side, the car sunk two feet once again, a painful reminder of his density and weight.

Shazam looked at him out of the corner of her eye, her face flushed, and chewed nervously on her thumbnail. She reached out hesitantly to stroke his hand on the steering wheel, then ran her hand up his arm. "Yer a real good-lookin' guy, Roy. Ya know that?"

Roy could feel the heat rise to his cheeks. "I, um, I've heard talk" he mumbled. "You're, you're very beautiful yourself." He bit his bottom lip as he started the car. He took a deep calming breath, and vaguely wondered if his 'apartment' was sound proof.

Shazam scooted closer to him and leaned over the console to kiss his cheek before settling back into her seat and buckling her seatbelt. He pulse was thundering in her ears, and she wondered if maybe Roy could hear it, too; on the other hand, she figured that his heart was probably beating pretty hard as well. She watched him as he drove, studying his face; she only barely paid attention to the way they were going because she was so focused on him.

Roy lived in the basement of the Enfearo mansion. As they drove up the drive, he couldn't help but admire the way it seemed to glow in the moonlight. He wondered if Shazam appreciated the view as well. He pulled into the garage and got out (the car rising as soon as he did) and walked around to help Shazam out, and show her into the house.

"Holy shit, Roy!" she exclaimed as he lowered her to the floor. "You guys live here?! Oh dayum." She looked around nervously as if she were afraid to touch anything, lest she break something and be in debt forever to pay for it. "So, uhm, uh... w-where's your room...?"

"The basement has been remodeled to be my apartment" Roy mumbled. "Though I could stay on any other floor. Master Antonio has everything here reinforced to withstand my... Affinities." He placed a hand on the small of her back and gently steered her in the correct direction. "This way"

Shazam shivered lightly at his touch and allowed herself to be led, marveling at all the beautiful things she saw on the way downstairs. "So, uh, who all else lives here with ya, Roy? This is an awfully big house," she said.

"Master Antonio, Master Phoenix, Master Angel, Mistress Krystal and, on occasion, Master Antonio's mistress of the week." Roy replied. "And some of the other staff as well." He opened the door for Shazam. "After you"

Shazam blushed again and fidgeted a bit before hurrying into the room with a mumbled 'thank you.' She looked around the room in wonder with her hands clasped tight to her sides so that she couldn't touch anything.

"You don't have to be so tense." Roy murmured. He came up behind her and carefully wrapped his arms around her waist. "You won't break anything-I'm more worried about me breaking you." He softly kissed her neck. "A-are you sure you want to go through with this?"

Shazam sighed contentedly and leaned back into his chest, tilting her head to the side to expose more of her neck; she loved how warm and firm his chest was, and how safe she felt in his arms. Settling back against him was just like curling up on a sun-warmed rock in the woods after a long day of hiking.

Suddenly, she had a thought. Since he's a stone demon, I wonder if I can...

She reached back to cup Roy's face in her hands and closed her eyes. In her mind's eye she pictured a taproot extending from the base of her spine, down through the concrete floor, and deep into the Earth; through this taproot she drew in power from the Earth and fed it up through her hands and into the solid wall of rock that was Roy. She wanted to see if he could feel it like she could.

Roy stiffened slightly, not that Shazam would notice something such a slight change in a Rock demon, when he felt the strange tingling that he recognized as earth magic within him. His lips hesitated ever so slightly, before moving down her neck as his hands carefully slipped into her shirt. In his mind's eye, he was attempting to come up with a game plan, so to speak, that would not end with her on the bottom.

"Mmmn, Roy..." she sighed softly, arching ever-so-slightly into his touch. She shivered pleasantly, Earth energy rushing to every place that he touched her bare skin; the concrete floor vibrated slightly, thrumming with the energy she was pulling from the ground below it. She had drawn in so much power that it was beginning to leak away from her, returning to the living things from whence it came, but still she drew it in, pushing out all the old energy in her body and replacing it with lively, vibrant energy from the Earth; if there were any houseplants in the Enfearo mansion, they were probably running rampant and overgrowing their pots.
